Damn, that is an amazing piece. I don't think I could pay over $5k for a Tag, unless it's a vintage Heuer Siffert. So hard to find.

Just out of curiosity, what are you selling this for?

Was never a fan of Tag. I find their watches too busy for my liking.

$13k? Man, you're in territory of more 'exclusive-type' timepieces, pre-owned. But I'm sure there's a avid Tag Heuer collector out there who may want this. Best of luck.

[QUOTE=SaMaster14;13776091]It seems like a Tag is many peoples' "first nice watch"

I agree!! My first "nice" watch was a Tag. I wore it daily for 13 years!!

My recent purchase, an early 50th B'Day prezzie from my wife.

Heur Monaco - Steve McQueen replica of the watch he wore in the film Le Mans.

I've always loved that watch, and am surprised that I never bought one. Tag was the first "good" watch that I purchased for myself back in the early '90s. I still have that gray SE/L and wear it to the pool. Keeps flawless time and still is as waterproof as it was when it was new. It's funny how many compliments I still get on it. Good luck with your beautiful new watch!

Heading to Paris on Saturday, so I will be trying to find the Formula 1, Red-bull Edition. Apparently they have 9 stores to choose from in the Paris area....

Bought this Carrera on the bracelet but I swapped that for a red Hirsch Robby for a different look. It's great for an Australian summer!
