I get way to 'up in my head' about things, pretty often I can't sleep because my brain won't stfu! A couple of drinks tend to help, at least until about 4:30am

Story of my life. How easy it is to access information doesn't help. I was up at 3am on wikipedia reading about the Volvo P2/Ford D3 platform. I've similarly internalized the concepts of anarcho-capitalism, ram/scramjets, darwinism/survival of the fittest and its misapplications to society, & RBC, to name a few recent ones.

ditto, I often get 3-5 hours from this same page. It's a vicious cycle too, the more you think about the more annoyed you get and less chance of falling asleep.
