Spicy lime buttered sautéed shrimp
Roasted sweet peppers, cob corn, green onions
Spanish style rice
Corn tortillas

Open face chicken breast Cordon Bleu.

1. Fresh breast.
2. Butterfly cut and tenderized.
3. Brushed EVOO and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs on the bottom.
4. Flip and add shaved Gruyère.
5. Add Black Forest ham and more breadcrumbs.

Convect roast bake at 350° for 20 minutes. And voilà...

With freshly made Tabbouleh and marinated asparagus.
