the funniest are the ones who hold the chopsticks real low like a pencil. it's supposed to be used with leverage aka at the back of the sticks.

It's called zha liang or ja leung in Cantonese. I know a few places in the San Gabriel Valley that has it but yea it's hard to find.

Not sure I had Chinese food in Vancouver but I did stay in Richmond for a week and ate at many of their famous Chinese places.

Is Richmond known for having a lot of Chinese people and good eats? ;P
