Oooo, nice looking heirloom tomatoes. A little McEvoy olive oil, buffalo mozzarella and a nice Tuscan wine and your in heaven.

Josh, I miss having a dock. I grew up with one, on the St. John's River. It's now a cruise port.

Green, green grass of home.

One of the side effects of the very unsettled summer that we are having this year is that my grass has stayed much greener. Usually by about now it has become quite parched.

Alan, tidy shot of a tidy home. Looks inviting.

Green green grass
Very nice. I don't have a level lawn but I am also going for that UK Luxury lawn look, a fine bladed grass mix of fine fescue and colonial bentgrass that is not common in the USA. Most choose Kentucky Bluegrass or perennial rye-grass or a mix of PR,FF and KBG as the cool season choice but Seattle has a climate similar to Scotland so I am giving it a try.

A little history. Key System 182 is a three-truck, two-car articulated all steel Unit designed and built to run over the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge. These cars ran in trains across the Bay Bridge and in East Bay streets from 1939 to 1958. It now runs on the Western Railway Museum’s right of way on the old Sacramento Northern Tracks near Rio Vista California

Wild Flowers

I don't really 'do' flowers, but was out for a walk this afternoon and spotted these. Although we haven't had the best of summers here, the wild flowers seem to be doing well.

How do you keep everything SO neat and tidy? Do you do all the work yourself?

More great memories !
My wife and I crossed this bridge in 2000, en route to EBC. From what I remember, the weather was as good for us as you appeared to be having.
A great shot John.

Nice shot B.
Drone shots give such a very different view and perspective to a landscape. I'd love to have a try at it.
