Looks mighty fine...
Some of my best soups "read stews" are made with leftovers. Whenever I make a New England pot roast crock pot dinner, I always add a little more beef broth, carrots, potatoes, etc.... Makes a nice stew the following day with little effort.

Last night we had a chicken enchilada casserole. Also, a couple months ago Mrs H brought home these 2 cookbooks, and they’re great! Highly recommend if you are looking for easy and tasty meals.
