they aren't desperate, by any measure. lynch is coming back on his own terms. it's not like they need him the way wilson has been balling anyway. but hey, i'm all for lynch coming back in and destroying the redskins playoffs again.

You obviously read too much into the statement I made. Desperate meaning that they'd like to have him back considering they lost him for most of the season then Rawls went out. That other kid Brown isn't a work horse. So, if I needed to make it more clear I think they'd love to have Lynch back since its playoff time and I'm sure they want a good balanced attack not relying on Wilson regardless of his little hot streak since Week 9 or whatever it is.

Packers looked terrible again and lose to the Vikes at Lambeau.

On a happier note, the 'Skins thumped the Plowboys in Dallas.

Broncos practically backed into the number one seed.

Jets couldn't deal with controlling their own destiny, so they get eliminated from playoff contention and let the Steelers into the playoffs.

They'll get stomped by the Seahawks, they looked phenomenal. They would've had a much better chance at advancing to the divisional round loosing to the packers so they'd play them again next week. The Packers look terrible, they'll loose to the redskins.

The Seahawks are my favorite to win the Super bowl.

I hate Seattle, They have looked really good the 2nd half of the season. Playoffs are a different game though, and I'm sure they understand that. I don't think minnesota will lay down and take an ass woopin like they did a month ago.

They didn't lay down, they got knocked down and stomped on. Nobody has played more playoff games in the last 3 years than the Seahawks. So yeah, I'd say they know how to win in the 2nd half of the season.

It's just easier on the fans to lose in the first round, no matter how high we might get seeded. It would be much less embarrassing then to lose 3 straight games against the cheeseheads anyway.

lynch is back in seattle btw and is expected to practice. will be quite interesting to see where he is at physically. he only knows how to play one way, and that is bruising people. i hope he is able to do so. or at least have a decent game against the vikings. i just hope we keep riding wilsons arm though..

Actually YOU might want to check that one out. They were 11-5 during the 2012-13 season, they lost to Atlanta in the 2nd round in last 35 seconds of the game to a 50yd field goal.

I remember it specifically as I had to take a long long walk after that one.
