Looks like I was wrong about the DC logo looking wrong. Here's a pic I found of it. Looks like the one in Buug959's meme.

Still, as mentioned above, Spiderman is part of the Marvel world, not DC, so it is still one of the things wrong with the Spiderman action figure above.
