Guys/Gals, I think we are a bit too loose at time (am I correct?) . I know it is the internet and many of us relaxed and joked alot especially in the Member Lounge. Some folks are more sensitive than other. I hope that Connie is not seriously going to abandon this site because of this. So sorry if I doubt you Connie...Many guys (or maybe even gals) gonna miss your sig if you abondon this ship

IMO, the quattroporte is sweet. People either love it or hate. But it has a paddle shift gearbox and suspension that is said to be not really ideal in town traffic. This car is really for enthusiasts. So my suggestion is try the car extensively in all traffic conditions, especially in town traffic jams, before you buy. Otherwise, from the sound of it, your parents want a 4 door sedan, then I would reluctantly say, Mecedes CLS, because it will be more comfortable, but I dont know about cool.
The BMW 6, well as much as I like BMs, I only dig it in convertible form, and I prefer the 3 series convertible, M3 or 335i. The jag XK8 is nice looking if you as a driver look good in it (if it suits you). It seems to be that the coupes are out for you, anyway. Good luck |

The Continental GT is a very nice car, but I don't think I could ever bring myself to buying one. I have always felt that if I'm going to spend over $100k for a car, it would be a sports/exotic car.
But I definitely have a lot of respect for that car. Luxury and power.
