i think 100 - 110 for your height is a good weight (will need to see pics ).

The answer to all your weight gaining needs is... THE 'LUTHER'!

A full pound of beef, 3 strips of bacon, cheese, onions, in between (typically 2) Kripsy Kreme donuts.

Enjoy.

Sounds like adrenal fatigue - too much stress. BTW, everyone here is guessing because they have no way to assess your rest, diet, exercise, and stress levels.

You should mentioned somthing in this thread about what happened. How are others like me suppose to know? You can't blame anyone, just because your close friends on this board knew what happened, they posted nice comments.

Sorry for the Loss

Good luck

depends how you work out. if you do a lot of cardio you will lose weight in fat and muscles. do heavy weights in fewer repetitions.

ice cream or some kind of desert before bedtime. Be warned that it would be fat

Increase cortisol secretion resulting in a stress response. It will increase truncal obesity, so you'd have a pot belly. Not cool and it takes a long time to work.

Young lady, if you calculate your BMI, you are right at the border of being too thin. Your BMI is 17.79, where as normal ranges from 18-25. To gain weight, you need to receive enough calories above and beyond your basal metabolic rate and the calories that use up every day. Stress definitely suppresses your appetite so you might not want to eat as much. You can eat some energy dense food like potatoes and steak. Microwave dinner is higher in fat and sodium and is not recommended. You can try adding a little more dressing in your salads too.

Unless your adrenals are fatigued then they are unable to produce cortisol.

lots of carbs+lots of fat

Or if you only need to weigh in once, drink TONS of water (not enough to risk dying though, don't be dumb) like an hour before. Also the carbs will help you retain water.

Or take creatine for a week, another great way to increase water retention.
