That's actually my Grandmother who is dying from breast cancer. She always wanted a horse as a child. I gave her one for Christmas last year. She loves the horses more than anything.

Cancer is no fun but my G-ma's a trooper. She was supposed to be dead two years ago and she's still fighting.

Tell me about it. All 4 of my grandparents had some form of it. 2 of them died as a result. Never knew my dad's mom, lost my mom's dad at 10 (he and I were very very close).

I've seen more people battle cancer than most people, including friends and their parents. It's tough. Really tough.

My cousins wife had a rare cancer of the sinus' originally and won that battle. About a year following that, went in for a check up and 4 or 5 spots all over her body. They tried everything, and eventually gave her 2 or 3 months to live. She was only 27.

I had a hedgehog for a while, and yes, his name was Sonic...

....and to keep the depressing theme alive, my Dad is currently in treatment for Lymphoma and my best friends' girl (age 29) just got diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer...

seriously...this world needs a wake up call...too much sad sh*t going on everywhere...
