lol @ the earlier m3 vs gtr argument
IMO, z4 owner is jealous because he doesn't have an m3, and m3 owner can't accept the fact that the gtr is superior to the m3 it's all in good fun guys. personally, i don't care too much for the gtr or for the z06, maybe as a weekend car, but definitely not a dd

I saw a black GTR and it looked very aggressive. I honestly think the body style looks too much like a toy. Reminds me of when I wanted to buy an RSX a few years back and my parents told me that it looked like a toy.
I agree that the GTR is hardcore! But honestly, unless I was extremely wealthy I wouldn't buy one. It would just be awkward if I put all my spare money into a GTR and my passenger was looking at the interior and asked me "how much did you pay for this?" |

one more note about the car if you want it as a daily driver. the ride is really harsh. even highway cruising is pretty bad. the same goes for the tranny; it feels kind of choppy in city driving.
i bet it's unstoppable on the track, however.

LOL. I guess you missed the video review with the GT3 vs GT-R vs M3. BMW might want to check in on that occurance of brake failure.

yeah I guess track pads would fix that... maybe it wont, Don't know yet. I just got past 1200 miles this week so it hasn't turned a wheel on the track surface yet.
The O.P. is showing off a GTR so I passed my personal comments on it. My comments on here are just my opinion based on my past experience. Nothing more. I drank the Japanese tuner car turbo AWD juice long enough and in the end it tasted bad to me. If you like it cool. I'm happy with my slow car. I don't want to argue that my new juice is better, I don't care. I know the GTR is faster. There's alot of shit that's faster than an M3. I almost bought a P car instead of the M3, Im sure it would have been a better track car than what I have but in the end the maintenance on the BMW won. Maybe this car will break prematurely also. Who knows? I'm guessing it will be fine since the E46 has held up well, but whatever. If it turns out to suck then shame on me twice for buying a car that can't handle simple lapping days at the track. I'm going to get in my M right now and drive it. See ya, I'll be happy to point you by and wave as you pass me one day in your GTR. Have a nice weekend.

They are alot of haters in this board. . . Feels like there's racism for Japanese cars, lol.
Anyways this car will DESTROY ANY BMW production car. I love my ///M but am realistic. My interior is much better so I don't feel so bad. |
