got some new furniture this weekend.....

the "entertainment center" is closed, so the PS3, PS4, Cable Box and Receiver are essentially enclosed in there and they get hot...

my PS4 almost melted on Sunday when my kid decided to play Injustice Gods Among Us...

Popped a TV dinner in the microwave. Set it to 3 minutes per their instructions. 3 minutes later I stuck my fork into a block of ice.

wanted to catch the All-Star Game today and forgot that my cable box is toast...

freaking port got destroyed during the electronics swap after the new furniture...

pulled the HMDI cable out of the back of the cable box and the little black plastic piece that goes into the HMDI broke and come off with it...

cable company said they were delivering my box today, but I ain't seen shit

I had one once that truly surprised me, when I left my job 2 jobs ago, I get this big office card, and then another from an intern who said she just couldn't see signing the general card and felt she had to get her own.

She's smokin' hot today as we're connected on FB, but I was surprised I made an impression on an intern. It wasn't like Slick Willy or anything I mean I was in my 20's.

Point is, unless you're looking to do something, looks don't matter...

No like, certain things/items when they go on sale make us look 3rd world.

Northern bathroom tissue, 12 double rolls for $4.99 is one example.

Another that I found interesting was when Banquet pot pies went on sale for $0.89 each, all the chicken ones were gone. There were a few turkey ones, and a lot of beef.

One wouldn't think people eat that stuff, but obviously they do....

How's the viewing angle of those TV's? I would think you would have to be directly in front of it to appreciate the picture quality.

I thought it was superb based on the way the seating was arranged. I was seated more or less directly in front of it, but I didn't notice any off-angle viewing issues. I have a 55" now, and if I weren't buying mods for the damn ///M4, I'd probably sell my current Samsung LED TV and buy one of the new curved panels.
