Same for me. I have relatively long limbs, so squats are harder to get deep on, but deads are like a box squat because I can reach the bar easier with my arms. Just geometry and body type mostly.

Agreed. I always liked box squats. The nice thing about deadlifts is you can go up in weight pretty quickly. I got up to 405x5 back in the day. Now I am closer to 55x5 lol.

Dude the picture is from a cruise. I had spent the night having extremely good ideas like betting on which of us can come up with a task to an other they can pull off but the friend wouldn't. Naturally my ego got the best of me many, many times and yeah... It wasn't pretty.

Now, the picture was taken when I crawled back to our suite at 11am, and it shows. Out of all the things I've done in my life that night is by far one of those I truly owe an apology to all men.
