So my open house was a fail. An investor basically insulted me by offering me 200k on a 299 list property. I felt like laughing in his face when he presented the offer. The balls some people have lolllllllll.

finally back to my office, where i can safely escape via THC. fucking open house.

Initial review of the 7pipePro is A+++. Really easy to use, replaceable parts, the lighter works in mild wind, overall I'm really pleased. Makes one handed car smoking a breeze. If it's the same company as solopipe, good job, if not then kudos to the new guys who took a good design and made it totally functional.

I threw my old solo pipe in the garbage last night. I will not be needing that broken piece of ish no mo.
