Bench: 245 Squat: 365 to parallel (top of quad is parallel to the ground). I can't do the below parallel stuff, it tears my knees up. They start cracking and popping. Deadlift: 405... I just recently starting doing these again after years of avoiding them I'm not really looking to get any bigger than I am or impress anyone with the numbers. I'm ~210lbs @ 5'10" right now with 175lbs of lean body mass. I've been lean before (170lbs @ 11%BF) but I looked scrawny. I'm much happier at my current size. I could lean out a bit but I'd be miserable without my Slurpees.

1RMs are:
225 BP 325 Squat 425 DL Any tips on getting the bench up? I've been plateaued for 2 months now at 205 for 3 reps. I've been doing Madcow 5x5 (not the SS one) for a while and it worked well for me up until now. Tried going incline for a week, doing 5x3, overloading and doing 225 for assisted reps, floor smith machine presses (we don't have the regular barbell machine in our gym), varying grip, etc. Nothing works. |

Never done 1RM before.
Currently sitting at 185lb Incline 5 reps 315lb Squat 5 reps DL, never really done much, still working on proper form before loading more weight. I weigh 145lb's right now. I'll look into that SMOLOV thing since I'm stuck at incline presses for a while now.

Bench:100kgs, not happy with that as I could do 120 when I was a teenager Squat: 150kg Dead: 195kg, felt good and like I could do more but was at home and ran out of weights. Not super impressive at a body weight of 94kgs. |

S_C you horrible person, you.
I went last night to do shoulders, but the squat rack (sorry, CURL rack) just kept calling my name. Finally, after pretty much finishing my shoulders, I set up a bar with just 25 on each end, since my brother taped my ankle for plantars faceitis and I have reduced motion. I still LOVED doing a few squats. . . |

My brother is ordering me a boot to sleep in, and showed me a few additional stretches. For now I have one of those molded rubber toe spreaders and a tennis ball. I'm trying to reduce my weight so that the change of direction in soccer and as a referee don't create so much of a strain on the area. I'm hovering around 193 the past couple of measurements at the gym, down from a record high of 210 during a drug trial for diabetes from last year.

So Saturday morning I got up and mowed the lawn to prepare new bedding for the turkeys. Then the white flies were so bad around the back door I mixed up a gallon of malathion and sprayed them buggers dead.
Since me chores were done for the morning, I hustled off to the gym to do chest/tri. Was it bad to go right from malathion poisoning to the gym? Or would that help me metabolize that stuff I breathed in? |

Well I fell off hard due to a schedule change and house buying process and have seen my gains diminish a bit. People also telling me I'm looking thinner. I'm lean as it is so the small 5lbs I lost since I fell off is pretty noticeable.
That being said I'm getting back in tomorrow hard and heavy and already got some magic sauce on deck to catapult me where I want to be. |

I did seem to drop another lb off my weight, now into the 192s. Since I have to record my actual carb intake for my current drug trial (insulin), and I'm eating to the insulin does they gave me, I'm getting about 40+- carbs/meal. Just don't count those damn Hershey's kisses somebody left out in a bowl on the counter at work
