But yeah as a Spurs fan I like being cautiously pessimistic lol. It makes a finals defeat easier to swallow if I mentally prepare myself that way. |

Wow....
So if you watched the game, you noticed everyone in the stands fanning themselves. The A/C has broken in that old raggedy ass arena!!! How embarrassing and ridiculous! All the money the Spurs generate over all these years and the city can't upgrade the cooling system??? They've needed a new arena for over a decade.

Lebron's face when he was dying from the heat was hilarious. They keep showing his facial reaction on replay. But all jokes aside, they should of canceled or postponed the game until the AC was fixed. Kind of ridiculous to make the fans or players watch or play in 90 degree temperature, IMO. I can't imagine how furious I would be to pay $500+ per seat to watch a game in 90 degrees temp.

Although I'm a Heat fan, both teams had to play through it so no real excuses on our side

Yup no excuses here, Spurs played better down the stretch, a lot better. Still the Heat got to the rim well and played very good defense for most of the game, Heat gotta play the same game and turn it up a couple more gears in the fourth

How do you figure?! The AT&T center (originally the SBC Center) was built in 2002!? and it wasnt an A/C issue,,,it was a power issue. Just some fyi

Spurs in 6!!!
One of the announcers mentioned that LeBron will probably have an IV before the game #2....is that even fair? If it is i feel like...why doesn't every player run an IV before every game to get extra hydrated? |

Oh you know Silver was on a conference call with Spurs owner right after the game! The NBA can't have their poster child "King James" out of the game!!! Millions are tuning in just to see that guy! |

Felt like I held my breath for the whole fourth quarter. This is going to be a hell of a series. Fortunately the Heat are undefeated at home.

The end of the 4th quarter ended so quickly, it was weird. lol
I was almost right in thinking Lebron would have 40. I like Miami to win both at home. Time to place a few bets. |

Unbelievable effort by the Heat, so proud of this team, they don't ever let anything get to them. Lebron was a beast again: scoring, passing, defending, rebounding...no wonder they hate so much, if that dude didn't play for my team I would hate him too lol #GOHEAT

I honestly think that Lebron can go to the rim anytime he pleases. He just can't do it in this day and age with the scrutiny that comes with being selfish. |

Spurs missed 4 critical free throws in a row and then Lebron hit that 3 to put them up 1. Potential 7 point swing. I thought the game really shifted during that time. Not sure how I feel about Chalmers. Looked like he might've wound up a bit with that elbow to Parker's ribcage. Hell I don't even mind the flopping (see: Wade's flop on Manu which some might call poetic justice), but Chalmer's play felt a little dirty. Obviously it wasn't as bad as Metta World Peace's elbow to Harden...not even close, but it was subtly dirty. |
