What's For Dinner Tonight?

Breaded chicken cutlet, ham and Swiss cheese with stewed Romana tomatoes and more cheese.

I am also in the process of baking a lasagna for tomorrow. For some reason, I prefer it re-heated.

Roasted red potatoes, carolina bbq pulled chicken, basmati rice.

Also made beef tacos for a family of 5 who fosters children from our church.

Baked potato. I like to coat the skin with olive oil, salt and pepper, and whatever hot sauce I feel like for the day. Cooking them not wrapped lets the skin get nice and crispy.

Then going to smother it in some of our leftover sausage gravy from making B&G on Sunday.

Served with a Wild Fermented Sauvignon Blanc, Marinated Sliced Tomato and Olive Bread from a fresh batch.

I wish I could get the lady to like seafood. The last beer dinner we went to, mussels was one of the courses (not my favorite) but she at least tried it and didn't hate them. For her it's a texture thing.
