Ok guess I was right about the red flags making this race long enough that I'd be awake to watch it, managed to catch the last 10 laps so that's nice.

What a complete and utter cluster eff by FIA IMO. Everyone has something to legitimately complain about. Some more than others, especially if telemetry shows Max did break check and move on Lewis.

I feel this WDC is tainted for whoever wins and they really messed up the best opportunity for one of the greatest F1 seasons ever. At least it is still winner take all at the last race.

Couldn't agree more. I certainly hope for a better race next weekend with far less FIA intervention. Let these guys race FFS.

Because it's hard to predict what a dirty driver in max Verstappen will do to defend his position...

So you guys kept calling ham a dirty cheat turns out the only dirty driver is Max....

You're correct, HAM had not received a message that MAX was to give P1 back. HAM was naturally confused as to why MAX slowed, but HAM did finally try to go around him. Problem was that's exactly when MAX brake checked him (I feel certain that data will show that) and he steered left to make sure HAM hit him. As soon as MAX felt the contact he floored the throttle.

This decelleration was happening hundreds of meters, this is not a brake check.....

MAX knew he had to be dirty (he always is anyway), he was on the wrong tires and HAM was taking huge chunks of time out of him on the straights. MAX was increasing his gap in the corners; however, he was really using up his medium tires in the process. HAM getting pass was inevitable so MAX saw an opportunity to brake check HAM and force contact. Would have worked perfectly had the Mercedes sustained more damage, but it wasn't enough so HAM still won the race while Max picked up penalties and could receive a severe blow after the investigation into his brake check is complete.

Are you blind? The video clearly shows MAX swerving, swerving... as in NOT keeping straight. It also indicates MAX hit his brakes once Lewis got close.

Max was getting the hell out of Hams way and Ham hit him then Max naturally accelerated to get away from him, you need glasses mate.
