No they aren't but it ebbs and flows just like anything else. As a person who suffered through horrible pit stops, unreliability, and abjectly stupid pit calls by McLaren, I enjoy each and every race that HAM dominates.

Russell should have collared Wolff more about the teams useless performance which may well have cost him a victory.
Wolff is responsible and frankly just saying sorry is bull5hit and even a manager should be open to criticism rather than sitting on his perch and putting out his holier than thou character just doesn't cut it.
If Mazepin was in HAM's car instead of Russ there would probably have been a few black eyes afterwards

I don't accuse the TP or the team of nefarious behavior at every turn. I don't hate Ferrari. I don't hate any team. I believe that some teams have much better cultures than other teams. For instance, Mercedes has a non-blaming and mission oriented culture. Red Bull has Darth Marko. See the difference?

My point before your insinuation was that if a team other than the drivers make a huge error like that that relegates the two drivers to a just a few points instead of a possible maximum the manager should be questioned more as to why.
That Merc has a non-blaming culture is just something that conveniently suits Wolff and their group, it's not gospel. What is your problem with that mate?

So where are all the questions for Horner and Marko?

Lack lustre performance for a number of years, spending the same as Merc with sub par results, mismanagement of drivers - but hey we can do a pit stop sub 2 seconds.
