Many truck drivers around here purposefully drive slow in the passing lane to prevent me or anyone from passing slower traffic. They also generally like to stay in the far-left lane because they can.

As long as they aren't being a jerk I will remain ladylike but when they cross that line all bets are off.

I experienced a truck driver (box truck) in Massachusetts starting to mess with me. Cut me off in the fast lane on the interstate which he's not supposed to be in to begin with when there was no body infront of him in the center lane. I ended up getting around him and cut him off and hit the brakes on him. Anyway it could of been the BMW or it could of been that I'm from New York. Either way he was a douche driver.

Reminds me of this video. It's probably fake, but I still find it funny.

Yeah, I've noticed some truck drivers, especially the lifted ones think they're the king of the road. Last phaggot I had a confrontation with wasn't too bright and almost rear ended the car in front of me as I quickly changed lanes and slowed down. Thought it was funny because that guy ended up following the truck and bullying him lol.

It's like a game of strategy sometimes. If your car is quick enough then keep about 4-5 car lengths between your car and the truck ahead. That makes them put their guard down so they're not actively looking to block you in (because it looks like you aren't trying to pass them). Then as soon as you notice you have the space to pass, downshift and floor it. You pass them before they ever get a chance to react. Basically you anticipate the truck driver is going to be an a-hole before he actually gets the chance to be one.

Yes I noticed this too. I just try to avoid them, they're not worth my attention. Usually a dab of the throttle - with a lane change perhaps - is all it takes to avoid them.

The idea of using a truck for anything other than truck use is just silly. Unstable, inelegant, clumsy things.
