Guy was a jerk - he was clearly trying to get his 15 minutes of fame, however, the "trained police" should of stopped once they restrained him and had him in cuffs.
Police went a bit overboard with the Tazer is an understatement. They had him pinned down and in cuffs already - why pull out the shock/pain therapy?!? Cops are trained to "always be in control of the situation". Unfortunately, they tend to recruit bullies. IMO

Before they tazered him, they only had one cuff on him. He kept thrashing around to keep the second one out.
I haven't been able to ask the local tazer officer, but normally ifyou get a full dose you are incapacitated, at least briefly. You're not able to cry until after the fact. I'm beginning to develop a conspiracy that he had help from the capus police. . . . |
