I def get my legs in. I mix squats in with shoulders, multiple styles of lunges, all kinds of planks, and the typical leg extension/curl machines.

Front squats are fantastic too. They really shred your quads. Oh and as far as calves are concerned, I didn't see any progress with them until I started hitting them every other day with very heavy weight. They can be a real bitch, especially if you don't weigh too much to begin with.

Very. My work shifts are from 3-9, and I usually have homework to do after that. Then I try to limit bimmerpost lurking from my late night agenda but that's kind of difficult lol. I also work out pretty late because of my work hours and it keeps me up...such a bitch.

Sleep is the most important thing. During my spring semester I barely gained any muscle, during the winter break I added about 30 pounds to my bench press. Maxed out on some of the machines etc because I was well rested.. Now that school started again it is a lot harder to make progress. As for legs, I just started hitting them too. I knew about the testosterone boost it gives you but I always skipped it because I hated the exercises.

story of my fucking life. since starting school back up last week and getting around 4 hours a night (wake up at 6, go to school, go straight to work til midnight and get to bed at 1:30), my body fat has gone up from 8 to 11 percent. maybe one of those readings really off but still... i don't feel the same
