There's a lot of good beers mentioned here. Maybe I can find some people interested in beer trades. If you can think of some beers that you can't find in your area and another good beer that's avialable to you but not me, then let's trade.
I'm hoping to get some Pliny. And if you live by a good brewery I'd love a fresh growler. I can send a list from the beer supplier of what I can get if anyone else is interested.

Flying Dog Snake IPA.

Here's why:

I sent them a letter.

"Hi. I'm **. I drink beer. You probably knew that already
because I'm e-mailing you, but a little emphasis never hurt anyone. At
least...I don't think it has. Anyway, I digress. I just want to talk to
you about how it is possible to make such a damn good IPA.

Every time I take a sip of Snake Dog IPA, I just think to myself: am I
drinking the nectar of the gods? If God himself came down here and brewed a
beer, would it taste like this? This now begs the inevitable question: are
YOU God?! Or the Beer God?

I don't know what you do, but Snake Dog IPA is brilliant in every sense of
the word. There is absolutely no other IPA that has even come remotely
close to giving me the ridiculous flavorgasm followed by the swift punch in
the face from the perfect amount of hops that lets you know "YES! You are
drinking BEER, damnit!" And a damn good beer it is.

There is nothing quite like Snake Dog. No one can match it; it is simply
the benchmark for all IPAs out there. No one can beat its amazing flavor
coupled with that awesome bitter aftertaste that lingers just at the back of
your mouth. How do you do that?! How did you figure that out? You all
know how to make a great beer almost...TOO well.

I will and always continue to choose it over any other IPA at the bar. So
you beer gods over there in brewery: keep on doing whatever it is that you
do to make Snake Dog IPA so damn amazing. When there's a brewery that lives
by the quote "Good people drink good beer," you'd expect an amazing beer.
And that's exactly what you do."

The CEO of Flying Dog sent me this 3 hours later:

Dear **,

Your e-mail was printed on the highest quality linen paper.

The brewers gathered around it, lighted candles and incense, and while
sitting in the lotus position, read each word slowly, contemplating both the
precise and nuanced meanings of each word. "Stu, the Wise One, asked about
a BEER GOD in his correspondence", one of the elder brewers then whispered.
"Does he know?"

The rain was pounding, an eerie twilight illuminated THE RAGING BITCH
through the etched symbols on the main door to the Flying Dog compound.

It was clear that Stu was close to discovering the Good Doctor's ancient
Celtic axiom and so we share it:

'Good people drink good beer.' Which is true, then as now. Just look
around you in any public barroom and you will quickly see, Bad people drink
bad beer. THINK about it.

Your e-mailed that was printed on linen was then placed in a fire-proof
vault under the cellar floor with 1.5 million pints of beers fermenting on
it for eternity.

The brewers wish to know **'s t-shirt size and address.

And so saying, we remain thine with hops, in haze and foam, by the beauty of
Ninkasi, by the beard of Dionysus, by the fermentation of Raugupatis, and by
the bitter bite of the SNAKE GOD Shiva.

Saludos,

Los cerverceros y los perros voladores."

Then, one day after telling them my address...

I got a bag, addressed to "(First name), Wise One, (Last name)."

In it was:

One Snake Dog IPA shirt, Two Gonzo imperial porter shirts, a bunch of stickers, a personal letter from the CEO of Flying Dog, and underwear.

Best beer company ever.

Talk to anyone from germany and its not suppose to be served that way. I however think it brings out even more flavor with the lemon.

I have a buddy who is a Costco member just for the wine. The deals on wine were OK when I went with him.

I left with multiple 18 packs of Guinness.

18/14.9oz cans for $22.
