How can you not see the perfect lines, flow and proportions? It may not be your "style" but from a design perspective, it's a beautiful car.

Its proportions make your (undoubtedly good looking) e46 M3 look like a yellow chode, with all due respect.

The Aston Vantage and the Alfa 8C are the two most beautiful cars in recent memory especially in convertible form.
The 8C however is not a $100 car, it's over $300K and you can't buy one since they all all sold out... Used they would cost even more, probably 0.5Million easy .. it's a collector's car with only a very limited production run |

People always say the 8c looks better in person.
I just think the front end is a mess but the rest of the car looks good.

i'm not debating the color my friend, the shape of the alpha, the rear round light, the triangle side grill, lol just plain hideous. expensive, unique, status - yes. beautiful - not even close. Last edited by graider; 02-09-2010 at 12:47 AM.. |

if this is a mock toward my phoenix yellow, then sorry but no matter what color you go with to increase your male confident, the e46 m3 is still better looking than your 335i.

RX7 is sexy as well
anyways, the NSX might not be show stopper nowdays but park it along side its rival back in the days now and compare how well each one have aged over the years Honda NSX Porsche 964 Ferrari 348 Corvette C5 I'd say it aged pretty well same goes for RX7. Aston V8 Vantage still looks brand new too after all these years. But how I can tell if a car really looks good is that they can withstand the test of time. Maybe 20 years later when I look back and its still pretty just like the first day it came out!

No, I don't think the E46 M3 is better looking or driving than the 135i, or I'd have one. The E46 always seemed like the most contrived pastiche of all things past for BMW, all crammed on to a single car. So, are we starting to see that some people see the same things differently? If it helps, I also like the 8C, and I think the M Coupe looks its absolute best in Phoenix Yellow or Laguna Seca Blue, two colors I also think draw too much attention to the E46 shape. PS, it's Alfa Romeo. |

m coupe = z4 and slap on a hardtop. that's it. I like it too especially the rawness, but I'd picked the m3 over it any day in term of look. i know it alfa, but i don't really check when posting on internet. who have time to do that really? |

oh hell yes ! finally someone mentioned it !
also, it'll be interesting to see how Aston progress their design. I've heard other people say before and I agree, they probably just hit the epitome of their design.

I still think they've already hit their high point with the Vantage. The DBS is too messy. The One-77 is too busy and tries too hard (but has a sick ass taillight design), and the Rapide looks exactly the same as a DB9/V8 mix that's been stretched, with some slightly more exaggerated character lines.

Agreed about Aston.
The Vantage is quite close to perfection. I personally just have a thing about it's headlights that I don't like. The DBS seems not so elegant and somewhat forced. The DB9 is before my time and it's always looked a bit old to me. I prefer the Vantage's proportions. The One-77 or whatever is hideous up front although I do like the rear end. It's got that all-around the top tail-light design like Kia's Ray concept. The interior is pretty nice although I don't know if the center stack is actually better than the current ones. The steering wheel is more modern and reminds me of Infiniti's concept, the Essence. I think Infiniti must be insane to not build this. Build it as is and price it at $100k-150k. Great for brand image and also gets bumped into "most beautiful car" discussions. I think it looks better than the 8c.

That infiniti is the definition of "tries too hard." Parts of it's design are nice, but there are others that are just too over the top. It only looks good in certain angles.
Have you seen the front? The side profile looks great, but if the lines flow into this... The rear end is also way too busy... |

Aston Martin was voted #1 most attractive car last year by females.
But there are so many sick cars in all different price ranges. For looks Under $50k=G35 coupe,RX-7,Lotus,e46 M3,S5,NSX off course. Under $70k=Cayman,911,Jaguar XF, Under $100k= 996/7 Turbo, M6 Vert, SL55 , Maserati, Best looking car ever i would give it to Ferrari 430 Scuderia in White with stripes. And all older lineups such as F430, modena, spyder etc. Just simply classic and DUMB HOTNESS.
