I let my wife drive my car all the time. She curbed my rim on the e46 M3 once but oh well, big deal. She don't want to touch my e92 M3 because she have her own car. I gave her my extra key fob for the M3. It's only a car.

OP, fighting over something like this is incredibly useless. You trust her for everything but driving your car? its not a big deal, its just a car, it has no feelings. i absolutely loved having my gf (now ex) drive my car. If the car is something you love then let your loved one be a part of it or you can just ignore what everyones saying and do w.e you want. either way, hope you two work it out

Great thread...I think we have all been there.
Personally, I would have no problem with my girlfriend wanting to drive my car when I am the passenger seat (which was your case in the OP). If she wants to take it out by herself and she is not on your insurance... then that is a different story.

Whether or not you let your gf drive your car, I don't give a shit, but what kind of man cries on a car forum about it looking for advice?
You seriously fail dude. I hope you're just a troll, and this isn't real, for your own sake. If this is a real thread, go find a cliff. |

-_-, let her drive it..
my girlfriend drives my car to school when I'm not even up yet or I drive her Mini... never fight about things like this, to some girls they might jump to conclusions with you (immature?) or a piece of metal is worth more than her?
