My car went in about 2 months ago for the service bulletin when they did that updated automatically update the firmware and so originallyb parking assistant pro wasn't available to download so I'm guessing anything under 3/2024.25 your going to have issues with purchasing the welcome light software and parking assistant pro

This weekend, I found that a new section of a highway that's been open since last November isn't in my car's map database. I have no trouble seeing it in Apple or Google maps though.

Map updates generally 4 or so a year. Not related to software. Go into your map and look at the map data version and post that info. I just received a map update a day or two ago for my 24 iX.

I wished you could configurate the Personal Preset because what exactly is it's point if you can't adjust setting like suspension etc.

Another wish would be Screen Widgets, the i4 allowed this so you would assume the improved version would at least offer this if not more but no.

I did get a road sign update. When driving this morning, there were new symbols in the HUD. One for roundabouts with a roundabout symbol. And something else when on the freeway (I forgot what it was already!) besides the normal speed limit signs.

After the last update, our i7 and XM are getting lots of new road symbols, traffic lights, stop signs, etc...

I did the update this morning. It fixed the remote control parking and time zone issues I was having. I didn't notice any lost settings or major functional changes in the few minutes I spent with it.

Updated without issue. No problems with any settings. It finally shows that my welcome light customization activated and Parking Assistant Pro is back. Subscribed for a year. My old paths were all still there and work from the original trial—and remote control parking now works. It’s very cool.
