thats camarillo in ventura county. its about 50 miles outside of los angeles. as you can see its pretty much farm-ville with a very minimal amount of builidings, let alone cars. according to the national weather service, the high and low forecasts for wide-open, smog-free, camarillo is as hot, if not hotter than the the city with 'lowest quality air in the nation'. my point: california is just naturally warm; sure smog and pollution may increase temerature, but then how do you explain 80 degree weather for a place like the one above?

Totally different geographical area...we aren't comparing one city to another. We are just pointing out (and correctly) that LA would probably be cooler if it weren't for all the pollution.
