i went from being 6'0 124lbs to 6'1 180lbs in 4years...For me, the weight gainer shakes (2200 calories per shake) didnt do anything to me (surprisingly)..
Eat regular meals, 3times a day (not 6), add potatoes as a side in your meals! |

If your mom gave you the ultimatum of gaining five pounds in a week or else you she'll stop providing you car insurance... she needs to be checked into a psychiatric ward, or better yet a library.
The healthiest rate to add or lose weight is to go for one pound a week. This is lean body mass you want to add, not fat. If you add more than one pound a week, it's going to your ass, stomach, thighs, or any other problem area all you chicks complain about. To still look feminine, you need to aim for "lean body mass". Things you need to ingest more (and lots) of: Veggies. Water. Chicken. Water. Cottage cheese. Water. Milk. Water. Fruits (in the morning more than night). Water. and yes. Water. Since your mom seems like a psychopath, I'd try pounding a little more than a gallon of water throughout the day. This will add TEMPORARY weight to you. I have a feeling you really don't want to gain the weight, and that is understandable... because today's looking feminine usually consists of weighing similar weight to the hairs on the toothbrush. Now, is the stress on your (temporary) kidneys worth the 'rents paying your car insurance? Bet your skinny ass it is! You'll probably feel bloated for 24-48 hours, but so what? You're packing lots of water along for the trip to the arid scale. Also, don't feel the need to hold your urine. If you have to go... go! Although keep drinking water. Do NOT hold your urination in thinking it will help you weigh more... even though it will, it is dangerous to do, and I think your mother would rather have a skinny girl than a dead one. If Mrs. Stalin wants you to weigh in multiple times a month, then you should call child services and get that woman handled by professionals. But yeah, nothing wrong with eating the above foods I listed. Good luck, -Chris |
