What's the current recommendation for garage floor coatings?
I'm in the Midwest and get a lots of snow and salt and don't have a drain so I think something like RaceDeck is out.
Also no DIY as I'm an expert at turning $500 job into a $5,000 project.
Thanks in advance for any and all recommendations.

garage flooring just like anything you have multiple camps.

garage journal is a good place to go do some reading.

I still have not decided, but would lean towards racedeck, unless I find some porcelain tiles and go that route.

Many are happy with racedeck with snow and water runoff.

Any of you guys have spider issues /spider eggs / webs that constantly buildup under the flooring panels? My garage is infested with black widows and other types of spider webs. I cannot walk a day through my garage without feeling some sort of spider web hit me in the face, which is why I was hesitant to get these panels. The spiders find any nook and cranny to build webs and lay eggs and these seem to be perfect for their habitat...

Wow, how did I miss this thread. I recently built a garage and will put some links and pics in here in another post. But as I was reading through the thread for the first time I hit on a few things and wanted to get them out of the way.

First of all I have been to the 3798j garage featured near the beginning of this thread and It. Is. Awesome. I wish my garage was that big and roomy and well equipped!

Next I have questions, see below.

Hmmm, this sounds like a great idea! I'd still get cobwebs and stuff in the corners, but it probably would take care of a lot of the gunk that floats in with the cars. Does it fit under low cars, like a Z4M?

Pics! Pics! More info please! I'm researching these now and that brand is high on my list. Thinking about mounting the can remotely up in the loft and running PVC down into the working space, but that might be overkill.

Super nice space, Wrangler and a Dodge, good stuff there as well.

wdb what ever the height of the Roomba is vs the car height. mine goes under the M2 just fine. And yes, all that dust is what it catches, not sure its a spider catcher though, lol.

LOL. I have a brace of windows along the north wall of my shop. It looks like a Halloween decoration; I can't keep up with the web removal. I hang a carpenter's belt on one of the shops posts (it's a pole building) and every year a bird makes a nest in the nail pocket. Oh, and mice love to live in the lift arms.

It's its own ecosystem...

I go back and forth. I'm a person who likes to drive them, but I've met wonderful folks who seem to revel in buying them, parking them, and telling stories about them. I still think they're car enthusiasts.

I agree. It's a fine line I guess. Love is love. But some guys just have the money and collect them. They rarely even see the light of day. It's their choice, but someone could really enjoy them.
