Still too much gaudy silver surrounding everything on the dash, the exterior looks like a first generation m35 with that ugly Audi grill tacked on. I have it a 3 for its power plant and features. Dash finally looks nice except for above. M760 or amg s63 for me.

The exterior is Audi... so in effect it's impossible to get any more boring...
the interior is straight Lincoln... what in the world? I guess they finally realized the pop up screens were something no one wanted. |

2 things that made me giggle about the new A8.
1. The autopark feature which is not as convenient as the one Tesla has been offering for a long time. 2. The traffic jam pilot (available in 2019!!!), which again, won't help me as much as what is already available in a Tesla for a long time. I know most of you are going to start hating and tell me how much better the ICE and the comfortable seats are, but I am talking about these two specific features that really disappointed me. I honestly believed that the new A8 will be able to at least drive as automated as Tesla's Autopilot. |

WTF is this shit...
They went from making the best looking sedan on the market (D3) to this Ambien with wheels. Who the hell is running things over there?!

I love and appreciate all of the technology. Audi continues to be at the Top of the exterior "lighting game" of which they pioneered. I'm sure it rides beautifully. And major props to them for placing the info screen back where it belongs, inside the console instead of sticking out on top of the dash like a make shift tablet! That design que still annoys TF out of me which BMW has taken way too far on each and every newer model. Props to Benz for keeping their flagship cars monitor where it belongs. As well as Lexus.
However... The entire exterior is bland and generic AF!!! It has the shape of a car from the 90s. Can't do it.

Doesn't look as elegant as the S class, which is still the benchmark IMO.
And the fake exhaust tips don't bother me at all. I have them on my new SQ5. At first I wasn't so sure about them but now I actually appreciate the design and less to keep clean! |

Yea, this guy is talking about the e65 as a good design? LCI or not, wtf.. I'm sorry but the new 7 series is damn nice inside. I prefer the F01 right now as I want an F01 alpina but as far as interior is concerned the new 7 is on a whole new level.
