Plus, he's making pretty good quality spaghetti for $19. You can get fresh chicken tenders for $2.99/lb on sale pretty easily. Add some pasta, rice, fresh green beans, and I can make meals for under $3/person. I've calculated it before and it's not too hard. You can also make chili and tons of soups for even less. |

1. WHATABURGER is the EPICNESS of fastfood Burgers... Period. 2. I prefer a Double with Cheese instead of the Patty Melt because I like lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles on my burgers. 3. I am FAR from being a fat fuk. 4. There is far worse shit you can eat than a fuking double burger! Think 'preservative loaded, Hydrogenated snacks' or even a Meat Works Pizza. 5. Life is about "moderation" too much of ANYTHING can off you! 6. Oh yeah... There's this place called The GYM. Check it out.

I went to IHOP a few months ago and was looking for a low calorie meal. I tried to order from the 55+ menu but you have to be 55 years old and up. lolz I came home and looked up the nutritional facts on the crepes that I ordered and it was over 1500 calories. I haven't been back to Ihop since.

You can also just do a piece of fish, or a piece of chicken, with a vegetable and a potato/rice/couscous/quinoa... |

Ignoring the effort required to make the above meal (which I know is actually not considerable...would take less than 30 minutes assuming you are not making your own pasta), making it economical is to do so in larger batches. This way you can eat the same thing tomorrow night as leftovers, and potentially the third night too. So you can scale your dinner to feed you for the next three - X number of nights really, and make it very economical and cheaper than fast food. But, to do so requires you to eat the same meal many times in a row. And for most people, they don't want to eat the same meal even two nights in a row. Myself on the other hand, I quite like leftovers. |

I eat very healthily so you're "preaching to the choir" when you tell me you can eat well and still be fiscally sound. I will say though that from time to time I like to eat a good fast food burger. Like JasonCSU just said, moderation is important. |

It's quite amazing when you don't eat a certain type of bad food for an extended period of time, then eat it randomly, how bad it makes you feel. I don't drink sodas, but recently I just really wanted a Dr. Pepper. Couldn't even finish half the can because it made me feel terrible. Same with shit food from Taco Cabana or Whataburger: you finish eating it and immediately feel awful.
My wife has been making these kale/roasted beet salads lately. Amazing. |

When In & Out Burger came to the north Texas area, and I finally got around to trying it... I didn't even finish it before throwing it in the trash. The patties were thin like sausage and that awful sauce...
Bro Whataburger is so foking delicious and it is always "consistent". Not here to argue over fast food, but I happen to be a Damn good cook and Grill master. No fast food place can Fok with their burgers period. Litos.... Where you at? |

Second of all: she walks with a limp because she's 500 pounds from eating more burgers than she's probably selling. |

1. I'm not the one who cleans so I'm not familiar with grout brushes and you're right... I dont care one way or another.
2. If she's 500 pounds, she probably does brush with a grout brush 3. Part of her complaint seems to be that "she didnt think to put gloves on" lol -- This is the type of lady who thinks eating healthy is too expensive. She doesnt know how to think. |
