I am sure the box says single serving and that's how I ate it.

They used to have a Greek style that I liked a lot, with olives, feta, red bell pepper, but I haven't seen it for some time. Also in the refrigerated section there was a mushroom pizza that was good, also have not seen those in a long time.

Back at it capicola, buffalo moz and organic basil from the garden. Becoming more and more of a fan of using only italian 00 and using a much longer rise.

top pies in my opion come out of new haven ct
frank pepes
modern pizza
sallys
then just over the line there is zuppardis which freeze there pies and ship all over
i would highly reccomend all of these

Haha, what a bargain!

We used to heat up those little pizzas on a coffee pot burner when we were at General Quarters when I was in the navy. Took about 45m but GQ drills were usually 2hr long so you could bake a few.

Late to the party, maybe my new favorite thread.

Probably half of the miles I've put on this car are to/from our favorite local pizza place, Blue Line in Danville. I even installed the OE Euro trunk net to safely transport the pies.

Can you even pretend to love pizza if you don’t have the BMW pizza net?

This is a great thread! Heres my pepperoni, basil, mozzarella di bufala baking away at about 800 degrees.

Yesterdays pizza was so good it was picture worthy (you would all be board if I posted every pizza I made)!

I like to tweak the recipe (and make notes) every time I fire up the oven. I think the texture and flavor of this recipe is just about perfect, if you like sourdough pizza crust.

If anyone wants to geek out I can write up the recipe/process.

This is a sourdough crust, high gluten flour and some fresh milled hard red winter wheat.

I also found some really good 'artisan' pepperoni at a farmers market, so much better then what I was getting from the grocery store.
