It's not guaranteed, just because a concept is intriguing (yes this is very very cool) doesn't mean it's better than a simpler concept. You just can't tell the difference unless you had all the flow data.

Seems like Williams and Merc are the only ones that have gone with tight/slim side pod package. The design should lead to being more slippery. The large side pod cars should be able to manage the wake from the front tires better.

According the latest : HAM wants that all the race stewards will be replaced !

What's next ?
HAM as F1 driver and FIA race director ?!?!

They shouldn't be replaced. They should be FULL TIME and WELL compensated!

I think drivers would appreciate the consistency of having the same stewards each and every race. Plus stewards would have extra motivation to get it right.

I really wonder why F1 didn't broad cast this. I think they expected alot of reliability issues, but this first test has better reliability than in 2014. More laps completed in a total and by every team vs. 2014.

Was thinking the same today. If they would have buried the coverage behind the F1TV paywall I'd have totally bought it. Seems like they missed on this one.

Yeah dang it F1!

I heard the 2022 cars were so slow on the final few low speed corners though. Some drivers complained that the cars were heavy and sluggish on the low speed corners. That's unfortunate to me.
