Nothing. I voluntarily put myself on the wagon after seeing my last lab results. Not real bad, but the liver enzymes were just above normal. I watch trends closely each year.

Its been only 3 weeks and I've lost 6 pounds and my BP dropped by about 10 points.

I think they turn sideways because they are too large. Try making them smaller.

Tonight, the local pizza joint had 10,12,15, AND 20. We sampled a single pour of 20 since I have had 10,12 and BILIL had the 10. He just entered escrow for his old house today, so it was on him. I think somebody licked the glass

Honestly, at this point my taste preference lies with 10

That's awesome! I've not had the pleasure of tasting Pappy. I've had some other Buffalo Trace products (Elmer, Blanton's, and a few others) but nothing on that level.

Look into Willits as a stepping stone. Same distiller
