One more week to go before my daughter gets married...and I can finally start my diet!
I was worried about losing too much weight and my tux not fitting....but I have actually put on about 8lbs since my fitting and most has been across my upper body since I started benching heavy again. So I am now stuck in the same position hoping it will fit. But the week after next...it's time to start getting ready for beach weather!!!

Did 3.4 miles, good thing I don't run with anyone or they might have been covered in all the junk that came out of my lungs.
Took a beating overnight on low blood sugars though. 4 times my chip woke me up and I took glucose tablets. Talk about bleary-eyed morning breath!!! |

I plan to. I kept things pretty tight this year even though I put on a little more fat than I usually do. This is about where I will be starting from.

just got back from the gym after a chest workout. Totally had no energy because it's so early morning and I didn't eat anything except some sour patch kids. The only gains I got was eye gains with all the scattered ass walking around in Gym Shark attire

I will just blame it on you! After finding the other thread with you and FlaPatsFan .... you guys lit a fire back under my ass.
I'm about 208lbs in that pic. Pictures make it look better though as in person, I feel like I don't look all that impressive. Told you guys I was getting a little tubby!

Keep in mind I'm a short guy. 5lbs on me visually makes a huge difference in looks vs. someone as tall as you are.
Plus you are pushing the same amount of weights as I am anyway. And I find that more impressive since short people tend to have better leverage when it comes to that sort of thing!

Hell no I'm not. Max paused bench is only 335 recently, havent done deadlift in a month and squat max is 405ish. Now been going light barely bench do hammer stuff with my shoulder impingement. Just trying not to fall apart. And my arms and legs are same size 15 inches, symmetry bro.
