Korčula (Croatia) salad last night: parsley, chickpeas, couscous, feta, almonds, onions, tomatoes with EVOO, lemon juice and salt/pepper.

Tabbouleh tomorrow night.

Christmas dinner and dessert

Beef tenderloin roast with burgundy wine sauce, twice baked potato, and hassle-back rolls with herb butter, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Dessert is a black forest cheesecake with raspberry sauce and white chocolate mousse.
