Same thing here... and the CA is saying that he has no idea where the car is or when it will get to him although there is a distance of about 70 miles from the port to the dealership.

Call the genius line they will tell you the ship name. Then you can use one of the ship tracking apps to watch it. I used Marine Traffic with good results.

A big shout out to all who have posted in this thread. I have learned so much in the last 7 months. It feels like old friends. It is too bad we don’t live in a more centralized location for meetups. My husband would like to know who I have been chatting with, complaining to and encouraging on our mutual journey.

Congratulation on receiving your car! Have fun while you learn about it and drive it. It's nice to see a non-M Sport vehicle for a change - so many pictures are of the M-Sport trim.

What part of California are you in? Paprmkr was trying to get a meet up going for southern California, but didn't have enough interest.

Sort of a tough location. You're not south like Paprmkr and me, and your not north like RichardInCA and others. Your location might be a good spot for all of California to meet though, if we ever wrangled that meet up. :-)

My car is waiting at the port to be shipped to US California. I am worried if a tariff imposes to EU. The car may arrive in 6-8 weeks and can be impacted by tariffs if any.

I’m in the same boat as you, er, well not yet on the boat really. Next WW and NYK ships are arriving in CA middle of March. Fortunately, the administration will be busy dealing with resistance over the Canada and Mexico tariffs, so this may buy some time or perhaps lead to reconsider any tariff on Germany.
