"Pizza in the morning, pizza in the evenin', pizza at suppertime! When pizza's on a bagel, you can eat pizza anytime!" 🍕 90's kids will remember this for eternity

My son just passed his drivers school test, his request: Red Bull, Whole Foods pre-made pizza and for us to get off WiFi because he is in a Battlefield 2042 tournament soon

All requests granted sir

Garage List
White pizza: fresh mozz, onions and balsamic glaze
Seasoned with s&p, thyme, rosemary, basil, oregano and EVOO

Scratch made crust with 50/50 Tipo 00 and semolina rimacinata. I added 10g of milk powder to the dough, which I often forget to do. It adds a nice tooth and bite to the edge of the crust.

The instructions say 425°F not 425°C. Unless you like your crust crispier than normal...

Did you build the WFO from scratch (masonry, firebrick, etc) or is it a self contained commercial unit? Either way, awesome stuff!

The oven itself is just about the only thing I didn’t build, it is made in Napa CA, and it is really nice to cook in.

In the last pic, the tile is finally done, I built every single part of it, the only things i didn’t do myself are the comp shingles, and the tile, I made the countertops out of concrete and polished them.

Question for everyone here. While of course restaurant or fresh made pizza is the best, what do you guys recommend for frozen pre-made pizzas? I typically do Red Baron but looking for something new and different for when I need a quick meal.
