So no and of course he'd be shaken/bruised but I've only seen reports of that and not a concussion etc. Nobody would expect he'd be good to go overnight and he doesn't have to be. Thankfully there is a couple week break until Hungary and then the summer break.

I think Max read the breaking as Hamilton backing out, which he obviously didn’t. Max turned in like nobody was there, but was wrong. If you watch the slow motion of Max's inputs on the wheel from his onboard, you can see him turn in, (at this point Hamilton’s car cannot be seen by the onboard,) then correct left when he can see Hamilton’s car is there, then turn back sharper to the right when Hamilton’s car is still there. I think Max expected Hamilton to back out, and we all know what happened. I think both guys could have played that better, but I think Max should have ran a wider line and they both would have come out clean, and then he and his RB would run away from there. MB has no answer for the RB, Max just needs to learn a bit of patience.

Motorsport is dangerous and shit happens when you've got the best in the world fighting tooth and nail for a world championship. Every driver on the grid knows that every time they step in to the cockpit it could be the last. Isn't that part of the spectacle and what makes it exciting wondering just how far each driver is prepared to go in the quest for glory. That's part of the reason I love it so much. Yesterday was great and I can't wait to see what Max has got in response at the next race. The rest of the season has the potential to be one of the greatest! |

That was Lewis' mistake. The crash was horrific. But you cannot blame Lewis for sticking up for himself. So all you fanboys please stop whining like little bitches and enjoy this possibly legendary rivalry!
