Check out my bulking foods for each day, been on this diet for about a month, loving it. Maybe you guys can get an idea or two from this. Again, this is a BULKING plan:
10:00am- Oatmeal, blueberries, cereal, milk 11:00am- Workout 2:00pm- Chipotle, I get a burrito, white rice, double chicken, tomato salsa, and cheese 3:00pm- 1 chicken breast, 1 sweet potato 5:00pm- 90/10 lean ground beef, 2 cups basmati white rice 7:00pm- 1 Cod filet, Spaghetti 9:00pm- Cereal, milk Total macronutrients: 80-85g fat, 650-700g carbs, 300-310g protein Total calories: 4,300-4,500 calories Maintence calories are at 3,700 calories. I'll usually eat fruits throughout the day, and skip the cereal at night. Completely eliminated whey protein...there is absolutely no better way to grow than eating solid food. Take C4 and 5g micronized creatine daily, that's all. Tbh, I tried eat veggies early on, it didn't work out too well. Not gonna lie and put them on here, I honestly don't eat veggies. To those who will bash me for not eating them: gfy. |

Guess I should mention, went up from 168# to 200# from July 7, 2014, to today, October 5, 2014. Planning on continuing until I hit about 230# by March 1, then cutting down to 210# by May 15.
Btw, I'm 6'5" with an extremely fast metabolism. 1 pound on me looks different than a pound on someone who's 5'6". |

What's the best way to lose my stomach? I'm 5'8 and weight 147 pounds. I do my cardio, and my abs.

Haha truuue, it's just that I love eating these foods, that's why I do, not that I have to. I can't just eat whatever, my mood will start screwing with me. And when I eat this, I perform the best at the gym, and just feel sooo damn good afterwards

Need to lower body fat % to see abs. For stomach, try splitting up your meals into smaller portions, and avoid eating large meals at one time. This will train your stomach that it does not need to grow as big. Or do vacuums, but something about that exercise makes me believe it's not too good for your mid-section |

We finished dinner (homemade albondigas) a bit earlier than usual, and then this conversation ensued: Some days I really love my wife!!!
Wife: "You going to help me do the dishes, or go to the gym?" Me: (flexing arm and pointing) "Going to the G Y M!" |

Is it all in my mind, or does the full moon have a positive effect on lifting? All last week I was PUMPED to go in. Monday night I used the booster club as an excuse not to go. I dragged my ass in last night and got thru 3/4 of the time I'm normally there, although I seemed to do more sets since I tried new machines. This morning my shoulders are all a-tingle. . .
