It's good. 5 rides and 330k on it and zero complaints. Still went ahead and ordered the zero set back seat post though. If I can move the saddle a little more forward I can drop the bars down a bit more.

I get my bloodwork done 2x/year or every 6 months .
Why ... ?

1- Because I'm a sportsman and I know you saw me in the gym.
2- 70% of the males in my family are hit with prostate problems , and my dad had it too (may he RIP)
3- So my priority goes to check PSA levels in my blood samples , but the same time the whole other stuff is checked as well..
4- I had even my DNA checked here with 23andMe => https://www.23andme.com/en-eu/
5- The only thing that I have is my chronic sinus problem , a stuffy nose ( nasal congestion ) I tried everything and nothing works in the last 5 years..
Probably it's caused by my huge workstress..

Everything seems to be ok Biorin , and everthing is about precaution in case like I said above...
I'm sure you saw on here that I talk sometimes about Ambiorix , and that I felt a strange and strong connection with him but also respect and I didn't knew why I had that strange feeling and obsession for Ambiorix..
Well my DNA sample from 23andMe confirmed that my true ancestor bloodline came from the Eburones !
Finally I knew (found out) what and why was going on in my mind and in my emotions...

The Eburones were a tribe in Gallie and Gallie was actually Belgica for the Romans and Belgica became finally Belgie => Belgium .
Ambiorix was the leader of the Eburones and kicked Ceasars Roman ass over here because he slaughtered 3 Roman legions , interesting fact is that my house is build on the battlefield where Ambiorix kicked Ceasars Roman ass !
I'm sure that's why I am tall and strong like a bullock , let us say I look like a civilized Barbarian and I'm afraid for nothing on earth .

But you do raise an interesting point...I believe everyone who is able should monitor their blood glucose level (BGL) frequently...but I look at it from a different perspective: most Americans (and non-Americans I'm sure) feed themselves shit every few hours, food that'll cause a spike in BGL, and then BGL will fall just as below "steady state" as it rose...by monitoring BGL, we can see how the food we intake affects our BGL and in turn affects the kidney and other vital organs...someone who's generally inactive and intakes food with a high glycemic index will suffer a spike in BGL and then balloon up like a pig...once the BGL returns to "steady state", the food is stored as fat...but with someone who's generally active and intakes food with high GI, the food will first be used, then stored in the form of glycogen, then fat...by monitoring BGL, we can see what we can get away with eating while still achieving whatever goal we're after (muscle, fat loss, cardiovascular endurance, etc.)...oh, and getting blood work done frequently is important too
