In all seriousness, there is the belief that Jay is actually abusive behind closed doors and had actually put his hands on B. I can see that as a much more plausible explanation.

Hold up man, before you go spatting off some stuff about another man's business you should at least cite it. That's how people can sway public opinion about someone which may not be the truth.

I backed up my statement as a possibility that Solange tweeted then deleted. (sounds like a song haha) based on internet photos of her tweet.

I hadn't even seen that. And I certainly don't jump on every 'social media' story I see. My "opinion" comes from my impression of him, Beyonce, the sister and the video. Beyonce has always come across as sweet, passive and the such. The sister? Who knows. She could be the no nonsense one who takes up for her sister. Family does that. My common sense tells me that for that extended amount of 'physical attack' coupled with what I and many believe to also be her spitting on him would indicate some serious rage. Not just a casual 'you pissed me off'.
Female friends of mine on Facebook and even my wife feel he did something to hurt her sister.
We may never know. And I'm certainly not trying to sway public opinion either way. I have my own family, image and home to uphold.
I respect the guy for his accomplishments and what not. But unless they clear the air (which may or may not happen) that's my opinion based on what I see.

I'm good with all that because that's your opinion, the part that I was addressing was when you made the "there is a belief" statement. I have met Jov a couple of times and from my experiences he is a brilliant man who seems like he cherishes his wife and avoids drama.

see previous posts in this thread, like I said I pay very little attention to the news generated in that segment of life as it does not relate nor affect me in any way. I simply do not see that nor comprehend why someone with the pull of a Beyonce or Jayz for that matter would do that, Kanya and Kim totally see that them not at all. News this morning in LA had some nonsense about the sis going off becuase he asked her to tell her friends not to drop his name to open doors and about going to an after party. Then there are the ridiculously staged photos the wifey was looking at and the jewelry store encounter. Whole thing smacks of publicity stunt to me. He is smart enough to orchestrate that!
