I agree that the M4 won't be 60k, which is why I said M3 because you said 12k-15k below the M twins.

The badge is boss. The body seems like wasted potential. I thought they would've gone for a more aggressive approach for their entry level coupe. This is even more conservative than the outgoing CTS coupe.

Looks better in the real non-studio photos. The studio photos make it look horribly boring and slab-sided.

I agree. Those press photos are not the greatest. Just the opposite of the new CTS actually. The studio shots looked amazing, the in person ones weren't quite as good.

The ATS-V is going to be amazing but I prefer the 4-door though. I doubt the "V" will be more than $65k fully loaded. I'm looking at high $50s/low $60s for the cars on the lot.

I think it looks fantastic. Conservative? Yes, but in an elegant way. My guess is some of you guys hating on it for being boring were the same ones who panned the CTS coupe for being too out there. I think this is a very good looking car in 2 and 4 door renditions and I can't wait to see what the ATS-V looks like in both versions.

It just looks like a nose job to me. If they transplanted the grille and bumper over to the sedan, they'd essentially be identical. I'm just surprised that they did so little to the roofline and flanks. No doubt that it's a clean design. You typically see the entry level coupes designed with more risk in a model range.

The new badge would be the first thing to go into a burning oil drum. That's IF I could ever be convinced to get rid of my 3 Series for this.

I hear ya..lol But, I still stand by the fact that you will not find one on a dealers lot nor will any person spending that kinda coin configure one near the starting price much less 60k.....You and I both know how this works, even models at this price get nickel and dimed, 2500 for Prem Package, 3000 for DCT, 1900 premium sound, 500 for heated seats...and those are just things most would want standard in car north of 50k

On a side note ATS-V specs leaked.....gonna get the 3.6TT carried over from the V-Sport...7-speed manual, 8-speed auto, and a DCT....that motor proved pretty potent in the CTS V-sport, mid 4's to 60 and 12.9 in the 1/4, plus the ATS weighs 300lbs less.....the head to head with the M's, and the RC-F should be insteresting

Absolutely. Might set records here for thread replies. I'm really looking forward to it. I hope going to TTV6's pays off for BMW and Caddy because I think that V-8 powered RC-F is going to be pretty nasty.
