Good for you. I wish i had been in the game that early. I bought in at 87 and dumped at 124. I will buy again after the iphone releases and AAPL is cheap again.

You really are a Apple fanboy. Because for it's price it is nothing revolutionary. I can buy a Mac mini and do all that is offered at a better bargain with a great interface.

Also I have a few ipods therefore I can bring my music to my stereo no matter how far away it is. Also considering consoles like the Wii which is very cheap can already go online and play videos from YouTube(something Apple says will be available in a little) it just shows how the Apple Tv is nothing to go crazy over.

Also your thoughts on if you have not used a product you can not talk. Sure first hand experience is always great. Also, I am not bashing the item. I just feel it is not a good product at the moment. I have not used an iphone yet but it truthfully is not worth the price. I can not make that statement even though most of the things it offers are normal?

its not revolutionary. people are dumb. it is a nice product but not worth the hype, but look at the market. apple fanboys can't shut the f*** up about how superior apple products are in every possible way.

I have a dual core MacBook Pro....hands down best friggin laptop money can buy. It really is PERFECT. I seriously cannot think of one bad thing about it. Forever Mac.

Shitty in what way? The awsome multi-touch interface? The ipod with cover flow? the fully installed OS? the awsome safari browser? the wifi?

On screen keyboard is nice, i dont plan on writing term papers.

The Prada Phone has been out for about a month now. Plemix has it for $669. Agreed, iPhone isn't too innovative. Does it even have stereo bluetooth (A2DP)? My Sony Ericsson has had that for a year already! Apple computers (Macbook Pro's), however, do rock. They're the best hardware and packaging on the market right now and at the best price.

You do know this so called fully installed OS with fully installed Safari possibly wont even have flash ability at launch.

Oh also no SDK, meaning no crazy Apps made by developers. So far I see no reason for this item at launch.

Get your facts straight, it does have flash.
Apple unvieled a Safari based dev kit.
Though its not a full SDK, it'll do for now. Its not Apple's fault that they cant release a full SDK, its AT&T. They dont want you to install skype and other VOIP.

After Jobs's keynote yesterday I was really disappointed. First by what he had to show and second by the fact that the iPhone won't have a SDK which will allow for third party developers. that basically means what you see is what you get - nothing new to play with or change as time goes on.

As a result their stock fell about 4 bucks. Which gives you an idea already that the bubble of hype that has been created around this thing is beginning to slowly burst. People are beginning to realize that this is not a revolution by any means. If anything it's just a new way of presenting existng technology and because it's Apple people are getting excited. Don't get me wrong it's a great product but at the end of the day Apple is in the PC business not the phone business.

I for one can't justify in any way shape or form spending 600 bucks for this thing and add a data plan and you're looking at something pretty damn close to $1K - no phone is worth that much especially this one.

IMO nothing is revolutionary anymore. THe iPod wasnt revolutionary either. Steve Jobs is just a freaking genius to have realized what people want and know how to market the the products.

I guess we could call it evolutionary but not revo. Im sure all the "new" products have already been made in one form or another. Corporations are just improve them or change it to meet up with consumers' demand thereby making the products "new and revolutionary".
