LFA Nürburgring Edition Laps Nordschleife in 7:14
Finally some performance numbers to match that pricetag.

Lexus is Toyota (who made the Supra) so I'm honestly not that surprised. But this is the car that should've been released from the factory on Day 1.

Agreed! Now only if Toyota could recreate the Supra like Nissan did with the GTR - we'd be in heaven.

The Supra really wasn't much when it premiered. It was an over-priced car that was hardly a sales success. It's credibility came well after the fact based purely on the after-market tuners and the fact that Toyota over-engineered the block.

Yep, but the engine definitely proved itself later.

Hmm I didn't know that (before my time). That block really is something special, though. I'd love to have a Boost Logic Supra for a day... and a few extra lives to go with it.

No doubt. Just saying...
The LFA certainly is impressive... I wish every manufacturer had the time and extra capital to try something equally as ridiculous in terms of engineering lol |

Cool that they say they beat it, I give them props, but I want to see the real video of it, just to see how crazy fast it was.
Because right now its like, "Hey I just broke a record! Here is a video of me not doing it though!" |

Yes! Why waste time uploading the video of you not doing it, when you could have been uploading the video if you breaking the record?! I don't doubt that they broke it, I said that I give them props for it, bravo. But lets not botch the video part. Not posting any video to build the suspense is better than posting the wrong video. |
