You should see if you can find yourself a used CTS-V... They depreciate pretty quickly and I've heard that you can get used one's in the 30's (don't quote me on that)...

They are nice, but I need/prefer something with an auto. North Jersey traffic can be a b*tch...

I ended up buying an '07 328i and I had looked in to a TSX. The TSX is a nice car in that it comes standard with a ton of luxury features you pay a premium for on any other car in the class. It's fun to drive, and has a decent amount of power if you keep the engine revved above 6k RPMs (I assume that's about where VTEC kicks in). But drive down a few back roads with it, then take a 328i on those same roads and tell me if you think the 328 is worth the extra cash. To me the decision was easy.
If you want an entry level luxury car for commuting to work, get the TSX. If you want a sports sedan, get the 328. IMO, anyway

Acura could be a real contender if they came out with some rear wheel drive platforms. That's exactly what Infiniti did and look at what a hit the G and M are. If Honda can make the S2000 (arguably one of the best track cars around) why can't they make a sedan like it?

Honda seems to be moving towards AWD. The 2009 TSX is likely to be AWD and probably the TL once it is redesigned. It won't be the same as RWD, but it should be a nice improvement over FWD.
