The plate is taken care of. I got the ticket a while ago, and only just now got the notice of fines.

I put my plate back on my stock bumper and got it inspected the day before I swapped out to Kerscher. =)

One must live their life the way they wish, and not live in fear of the consequences. If you live in fear of the consequences, you're not really living. I will continue to drive and mod my car the way I like. If that means I get more speeding tickets, or more fix it tickets, or go to jail, or die, or nothing ever happens to me ever again, so be it. Life goes on.

this is what you do. see the judge and plead guilty with a reduce fine. most likely he will reduce it. just ask nicely.

go fight the ticket....

if the officer doesn't show up....you're free....no fine...no ticket....no points.

they always they do a roll call! if your officer show up......ask for traffic school....

just be nice and dress appropriately.

or....keep postponing(up to 3 times, i think) your court date until they're sick of you....
and the CHP definitely will not show up!

That sucks Matt. Matt, I don't know about courts up there but when I often go to court to plead guilty and the judge lowers the fine. I have a lot of experience with tickets.

Tell the judge you want to go to traffic school.
