As far as the M3 goes, I drove a ZCP with the DCT. ZCP doesn't add any power and the DCT is an amazing transmission. Unless you're dying for a 3rd pedal the DCT is the fastest/smoothest automatic I've ever used.

The only M3 I know of that comes with a hp boost is the "lightweight concept" E90 that they revealed a few weeks ago, and I'm not even sure if that's coming to the US. And the F32 M3 is still a long way out.
