I liked the movie a lot. Lots of laughs, and action sufficed.

I had zero interest in seeing it but it was the only thing playing after lunch within a reasonable time frame and I'm glad I did - the movie was awesome!

Just saw it today, that little girl just redefined action heroine status. No other female role I've ever seen in any movie is as badass as her. Cult following initiated.

Actually thought it wasn't that funny. Hit Girl was great but the rest sucked. I can't remember one scene where I was LMAO.

I guess it just wasn't for you. Just like how Avatar wasn't as good to a few on here. IMDB rated Kick-ass like 8.4/10 - the highest I've ever seen them rate a movie (based on what I've looked up). Some film critics actually gave kick-ass D's while others gave it B's and A's. Different stroke for you I suppose. The important thing is that I liked it.

Yeah, RT also gave it good reviews. Guess I just expected it to be funnier. IMO, Hot Tube Time Machine was funnier.

Niiice- I'm sure you will like it. Just don't build too much expectations though. Usually when you do that the movie doesn't turn out to be as good (wasn't true for me but still ).

I don't think Kick-ass was supposed to be a comedy movie like Hot Tub Time Machine for the Hangover. It had action, comedy, some drama, etc. A very good movie over all IMO.

this movie sucks. i saw it.

its Spiderman & Watchmen meet the guy that created the Scary Movie franchise while he was smoking out with the producers of Superbad.

the only, and i mean ONLY good thing that kept me in my seat was that little girl cursing.
